You've been reading about our  professional services and what is available.  What we have not told you about are those little extras that help make your dental experience easier, calmer and more relaxed.

When you enter our office, you will sense you are in an area of calm and tranquility.  Aromatherapy greets you along with a warm welcome from Anna and Cathy.  If you wish, you may start with a paraffin hand treatment in the waiting room, along with a cup of fresh, hot coffee or chilled Perrier.  Our magazines are always current.  We have eye, neck or back pillows that are warm and soothing for you during your dental appointment as well as ipods to relax with music.  Please feel free to ask for them. These small touches are important . We want to make sure  that our patient is as relaxed as possible.

We have placed intra-oral cameras in each room.  This allows you to fully understand why specific treatment is being proposed.  You see on the screen what is exactly happening in your mouth by taking pictures, and therefore you  are always  part of the decision making process.  It gives you a better understanding of treatment options.  We are all so excited to have it for you.

If getting yourself to the dentist is  difficult for you, this is the right place.  Remember, we work  with our patients.  If you are nervous or fearful, nitrous oxide or sedation dentistry is a good option you may want to consider.  It allows you to relax and be aware of what is happening around you, without focusing on the sounds of the dental equipment.  You are awake and conscious.  You leave our office ready to return to work.  Using The Wand to freeze before starting your treatment makes it  easier for you if you fear needles. The Wand is a computerized anesthetic system that freezes with a light, gentle, controlled prick.  You are frozen during your treatment, but can speak comfortably after it.  You can put on your lipstick without any problem!
