This includes the removal of a very thin portion of natural enamel around the entire tooth structure. Impressions are taken with our digital impression system (Itero,) which links directly to our dental laboratory. We have had an excellent relationship with them for a very long time. The ceramist will complete the restoration based on Dr. Slepchik’s recommendations. This includes the colour, shape, and size of the crown. Patients return to our dental office to have the crown bonded permanently in place.

The crown is fabricated to match the patient’s existing shape, size, and colour of their teeth so that the crown blends in with the smile.
